WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a pot-shell three-return wet-backed fuel (gas) boiler designed by our factory based on advanced domestic and foreign technology and experience.The operation of the boiler is automated. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the torch formed is filled in the full-wave furnace tank and the radiant heat is transmitted through the wall of the furnace tank. This is a return trip.The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion converges in the reburning chamber and turns into the second return trip, that is, the threaded flue pipe bundle area. After convection and heat transfer, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases to the front smoke box, and here it turns into the third return trip, that is, the light pipe bundle area, and then flows into the chimney through the rear smoke box, and finally discharges into the atmosphere.
This series of products has the characteristics of safety and reliability, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, easy maintenance, durability, automatic intelligent control, etc.; They have all been tested by the Thermal energy testing center of the Special Inspection Institute for energy efficiency, and the performance indicators are higher than the design requirements, and have reached the advanced level at home and abroad.
