Polyamide acid resin synthesis line
This production line is a set of new automatic production line for low temperature synthesis of polyamide acid resin.
The main body of the production line is composed of metering tank, mixing kettle, degassing kettle, supporting vacuum feeding, automatic feeder, vacuum extraction, mould temperature machine and other equipment, to achieve the supply of raw materials - product reaction - degassing of finished products - and other production processes, the production line adopts the PLC intelligent electronic control system, the equipment of each section in accordance with the procedures of automated operation, and to achieve the process of production process formulated.
