Product Details
WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a pot-shell three-way wetback oil (gas) boiler designed by our factory according to domestic and foreign advanced technology and experience. Boiler operation automation, fuel atomised by the burner, the formation of the torch filled with the full waveform furnace chamber, and through the walls of the furnace chamber to transfer radiant heat, this is the first return. The high temperature flue gas produced by combustion converges in the combustion chamber and turns to enter the second return, i.e. the threaded flue pipe bundle area, after convective heat exchange, the temperature of flue gas gradually decreases to the front flue box and turns to enter the third return, i.e. the light pipe bundle area, and then flows into the chimney through the back flue box and finally discharged into the atmosphere.
This series of products have the characteristics of safety and reliability, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient maintenance, durability, full-automatic intelligent control, etc.; all of them have been tested by the Energy Efficiency Test Centre of Thermal Testing Centre of the Special Inspection Institute, and all the performance indexes are higher than the design requirements, and they have already reached the domestic and international advanced level.
