Scope of application and performance characteristics:
Disc Quaker is designed and manufactured on the basis of Japanese rotary automatic disc quaker combined with the actual production process in China, which has a high degree of automation, covers a small area, and is an advanced equipment for solid quaking in the industry.
The machine is mainly composed of rotary disc with external drive, turning mechanism, feeding and discharging mechanism, ventilation and air-conditioning system, insulated body and other components. It can be widely used in the industries of brewing, pharmacy, vinegar making, soy sauce making, enzyme production, yeast feed production, barley teeth production and antibiotics, fermentation and so on.
Features
1、The material contacting parts inside the quenching chamber are made of stainless steel, so the material is less infected by bacteria, and the equipment is easy to clean and has a long service life;
2、Turning mechanism adopts special structure of mixing blades, turning evenly and thoroughly; discharge system adopts 45 degrees floating baffle, clean out of the song, less leftover material.
3、Rotary disc with precise flatness and roundness, no material leakage;
4、Automatic control of temperature and humidity recorder. Automatic alarm system.
