1. Main Application:
The SXSDHJ500L dual planetary dual power mixer is a new type of high-efficiency mixing equipment that can mix, dissolve, disperse and homogenize a variety of mixed liquids, powders and solids. The equipment is widely used in the production of high-viscosity coatings, silicone materials, inks, dyes, pigments, adhesives, lithium batteries and other related chemical products.
2. Working Principle:
The SXSDHJ500L dual planetary dual power mixer has five axes: dual high speed, dual low speed and active scraper. Each high-speed axis has two toothed dispersing discs for dispersing and homogenizing; the low-speed axis has two sets of twisted frame stirring paddles and one set of active scrapers for mixing, shearing, scraping and dissolving. The low-speed twist frame stirring paddle makes the materials flip up and down, shear and mix in the closed container. The high-speed toothed dispersing disc and the mixed materials produce strong impact and shear. As the twist frame stirring paddle rotates, the movable scraper on the planetary frame rotates to completely scrape off the materials on the kettle body, so that the aggregates can be completely and thoroughly mixed, dispersed and dissolved. Under the different effects of high and low speeds, the materials can be evenly mixed and dispersed. The temperature measurement point is located in the material in the mixing barrel, and the temperature difference is ±1℃ with the revolution.
Three, structure and characteristics:
Structure: hydraulic lifting with hydraulic system; transmission system with transmission mechanism (sprocket, chain drive, belt drive); stirring system with high and low speed shafts; electric control system with electric control cabinet and other four parts. There is a temperature gauge on the electric control cabinet, and the temperature measurement range is 0~180℃.

2. The stirring system has low vibration and low noise.
