Planetary mixers can be divided into single planetary mixers, double planetary mixers, planetary power mixers, double planetary power mixers, and double planetary dual power mixers.

This series of equipment is mainly used for dissolving, dispersing, mixing, kneading, and reaction processes of powder to high viscosity and high density materials. The double planetary mixer is a dead-point mixing equipment. The movable scraper on the planetary frame and the scraper at the bottom of the stirring paddle continuously scrape off the materials on the inner wall and bottom of the tank during stirring, thereby ensuring that the materials are fully mixed; the mechanical seal of the transmission parts and the soft seal between the upper and lower tank bodies allow the materials to be mixed under vacuum conditions, and the vacuum degree is ≤-0.096, thereby ensuring that the materials do not foam and remove the air components in the materials; the inner wall of the tank is finely machined to ensure that the scraper can completely scrape off the materials on the inner wall of the tank; the tank body has two ways of heating and cooling. The heated tank body can be heated by electric heating, steam heating, and oil-water circulation heating, and customers can choose according to their needs. The kettle body is equipped with a temperature control device to ensure that the material temperature is error-free; it is hydraulically raised and lowered.
