The temperature adjustment form of the vacuum kneading machine adopts electric heating, steam, oil heating, water cooling and other methods, and adopts hydraulic cylinder turning and opening. The discharging methods include hydraulic, cylinder turning, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, etc. The cylinder body and the paddle blades are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure product quality.
The vacuum kneading machine is an ideal equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing and repolymerizing various high-viscosity elastic-plastic materials and various chemical products. It is widely used in high-viscosity sealants, silicone rubber, neutral acid glass glue, chewing gum, bubble gum, aluminum silver paste, silica gel, pulp, cellulose, and also in batteries, inks, pigments, dyes, medicines, silicone resins, plastics, rubber, cosmetics and other industries.
Vacuum kneaders are widely used in mixing, kneading, crushing, stirring, vulcanization, and repolymerization of high-viscosity and high-elastic-plastic materials. Kneaders have the advantages of uniform stirring, no dead angles, and high kneading efficiency.
The kneader is a pair of blades that cooperate and rotate with each other (usually in a Z shape) to produce strong shearing, extrusion, and stirring to quickly mix viscous materials.
Vacuum kneaders can be made into ordinary type, pressure type, vacuum type, and high-temperature type.
