Carbon kneading machine can be made into four types: ordinary type, pressure type, vacuum type, and high temperature type. The temperature adjustment forms adopt jacket, steam, oil heating, water cooling and other methods, and hydraulic cylinder flipping and lid opening are adopted. The discharging methods include hydraulic, cylinder flipping dumping, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, etc. And the temperature, time, viscosity and other related data in production can be controlled and recorded in real time through PLC. The cylinder body and the contact parts of the paddle and the material are made of stainless steel to ensure product quality.
Main structure:
The kneading machine is mainly composed of six parts: kneading part, machine base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system and electronic control system.
The kneading part is composed of cylinder body, paddle shaft, wall panel, cylinder cover, etc.
The hydraulic system is controlled by a hydraulic station to operate two small oil cylinders and two large oil cylinders to complete the opening and closing of the large cover and flipping of the mixing cylinder. The system design pressure is 7.0Mpa.
The electronic control system has manual and automatic electronic control systems, which can be selected and required by the user at will, and the operation is convenient and reliable.
The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer and gears, and the motor is matched according to the kneading machine model. During the transmission process, the motor can synchronize the speed, pass through the elastic coupling to the reducer, and then the output device can drive the fast slurry to reach the specified speed, or the frequency converter can be used for speed regulation.
Application:
Widely used in high viscosity sealants, silicone rubber, neutral acid glass glue, chewing gum, bubble gum, pulp, cellulose, and also in batteries, inks, pigments, dyes, medicines, resins, plastics, rubber, cosmetics and other industries.
