1. Classification of kneading machines:

(1) According to the heating method, it can be divided into steam heating, thermal oil heating and zero-distance electric heating.

(2) The working area is all stainless steel. Other parts are generally carbon steel.

(3) According to the purpose, it can be divided into: carbon kneading machine, APP flame retardant kneading machine, silicone rubber kneading machine, hot melt adhesive kneading machine, etc.

(4) According to the discharging method, it can be divided into bottom discharging kneading machine, screw extrusion kneading machine, hydraulic cylinder turning kneading machine.

(5) According to technical indicators, it can be divided into high-temperature kneading machine, pressure kneading machine, vacuum kneading machine, ordinary kneading machine, conventional kneading machine, heavy-duty kneading machine, laboratory kneading machine.

(6) In terms of volume, it can range from 5L to 5000L.

2. Application and characteristics
NH series kneading machine can knead CMC of various viscosities and can also be used in chemical, plastic, rubber, ink, carbon, medicine, food and other industries. The machine uses double-paddle stirring to make the materials react quickly and mix evenly. This series of products is divided into three categories: ordinary type, pressure type, and vacuum type. There are two heating methods, electric and steam, and water cooling to choose from. The discharge methods include hydraulic cylinder dumping type, ball valve discharge type, and screw extrusion type.
