50L Screw Extrusion Vacuum Kneading Machine
The kneading machine is suitable for mixing and kneading high-viscosity boring materials, and the material viscosity can reach more than 25000 Pa.
The transmission part of the kneading machine adopts packing seal, and the discharging method is screw extrusion or hydraulic cylinder turning or bottom discharging. Ball valve discharging can be configured. Widely used in high-temperature silicone rubber, sealant, plastic additives, adhesives, and even food industry. Equipped with a control cabinet, optional frequency converter.
The kneading machine is used for mixing, kneading, refining, shearing and dispersing of plastics, polymer alloy materials, mold glue, silicone rubber, sealant, ink, paint, coating, cellulose, starch, pharmaceuticals, chocolate, chewing gum, pencil lead, carbon, ceramic materials, mold materials, brake pad base materials, glass fiber reinforced materials and ultra-high viscosity materials.
Performance characteristics of the kneading machine:
The kneading machine is a W-shaped cylinder with two stirring paddles inside. The stirring paddles have different speeds, move in opposite directions, and squeeze inward.
The kneading machine can be equipped with a vacuum system, which can exhaust, extract volatiles and dehydrate by vacuuming and reducing pressure;
The kneading machine can also be heated or cooled: it can be heated by heat transfer oil or steam, or cooled by water;
Discharging method: hydraulic cylinder discharging, valve discharging and screw discharging;
The speed of the kneading paddle can be adjusted by a variable frequency speed regulator, and many technical performances are available to meet the advanced production process requirements of users.
