Features of gravity-free mixer: The rotation speed of the reducer-driven shaft and the structure of the paddle will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the differences in specific gravity and large particles of various materials are ignored during the mixing process. The intense stirring motion shortens the time of one mixing, which is faster and more efficient. There is no stratification phenomenon when mixing materials with large differences in fluidity between powders and large differences in particles and specific gravity. When the ratio of powders to powders is 1:1000, the standard deviation is 300,000 to 800,000, and the content fluctuation error is <2% (variation factor). The mixing speed is fast, and uniform mixing can be completed in 2-7 minutes under normal circumstances. Dynamic feeding, the bottom pneumatic valve opens the door to discharge the material, and the discharge is clean and fast. According to production needs, spray devices (spray volume below 17%), fiber dispersion knives, and heat preservation and drying jackets can be added. Low energy consumption, which is 1/4 to 1/10 of that of general mixers. This machine operates intermittently.
