When the ratio of powders to powders is 1:1000, the standard deviation is 300,000 to 800,000, and the content fluctuation error is <2% (variation factor). The mixing speed is fast, and uniform mixing can be completed in 2-7 minutes under normal circumstances. Dynamic feeding, the bottom pneumatic valve opens the door to discharge the material, and the discharge is clean and fast. According to production needs, spray devices (spray volume below 17%), fiber dispersion knives, and heat preservation and drying jackets can be added.
