Product name: WZF series high-efficiency twin-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer
There are two types of zero-gravity mixers: ordinary type and flying knife type.
The mixing chamber of the WZF series high-efficiency twin-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer is equipped with a pair of shafts rotating in opposite directions. Each shaft is equipped with a certain angle, a certain number of overlapping paddles, and a fluidized layer is formed in the mixing chamber with a certain circumferential speed. The materials in the layer are mixed under the action of the convection mixing principle and are in a state of weightlessness in an instant, thus obtaining a uniform mixture.
The twin-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer is used for mixing dry, non-sticky powders, and can also be used for mixing two or more materials with different densities and particle sizes of 1-15mm.
The high-speed rotating flying knife installed on the twin-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer has the function of quickly dispersing fibers.
Features of the double-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer: The gas phase balance device of the double-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer makes the mixing more uniform;
The combined paddle structure of the double-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer facilitates the adjustment of the gap between the paddle and the cylinder, greatly reducing the maintenance cost;
The large door discharge of the double-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer reduces the mixing dead angle, and the unloading is cleaner and faster.
