The working principle of the horizontal closed conical sand mill: It is a device for solid-liquid phase dispersion grinding of powdered materials. The conical design of the grinding chamber makes the grinding beads impact the materials most strongly at the feeding end. The materials are ground to the greatest extent as soon as they enter the grinding chamber, thus obtaining a stable and excellent grinding effect.
Wide application of horizontal sand mill:
1. Food industry: cocoa, chocolate, nut butter, sauce, mayonnaise, seasoning, etc.;
2. Paint industry: ink, pigment, paste, filler, dye, carbon black;
3. Chemical industry: medicine, cosmetics, plant protection agent, detergent
4. Mineral industry: kaolin (porcelain clay), ceramic mud, refractory clay.
Performance characteristics of horizontal sand mill: good system sealing, low wear, good heat dissipation, and high production capacity. It effectively prevents the drying and crusting of materials and the volatilization of solvents. No special installation foundation is required. The installation position can be changed at any time according to needs. It is suitable for grinding and dispersing products with high viscosity and fine particle size requirements.
