Gas-fired heat transfer oil boiler is widely used in petrochemical, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, rubber, food processing, wood processing, asphalt heating, carton production, vegetable dehydration, baking paint, casting sand mold drying, etc., but also can be used for ≤ 350oC baking, steaming, shaping, melting, drying. The main reason for the very wide range of applications is that the gas heat transfer oil boiler is very powerful, here we will look at the gas heat transfer oil boiler startup and shutdown operation.

 
Gas thermal oil furnace is a heavy oil, light oil or combustible liquid as a fuel, thermal oil as a heat carrier, the use of circulating oil pumps to force the liquid phase circulation, the heat will be transported to the heat equipment, and then return to the re-heating of the DC special industrial furnace. However, although relatively simple, we still need to pay attention to its use in the process.

First, the check before starting

1, gas heat transfer oil furnace and its surroundings are clean and free of debris, check the furnace, burners, controllers, see the fire hole, smoke (chimney) channel, etc. is normal;

2, turn on the heating furnace control cabinet power supply, check whether the voltage is normal, check whether the indicator and the display meter is normal;

3, adjust the gas main pressure reducing valve, secondary pressure reducing valve, so that the pressure control for 0.005 MPa.

Second, start

1, start the thermal oil circulating pump (transport a backup, refer to the pump operating procedures), start the pump after normal circulation 0.5 hours or so so that the pressure is stable;

2, pour through the process equipment and processes, check whether the expansion tank oil level in the 1/4-1/2 level above the position of the thermometer, pressure gauge is normal;

3, press the burner start button, observe the furnace flame is normal combustion, if not ignition, should be in the troubleshooting, start the burner again.

Third, the gas heat transfer oil furnace is how to stop the furnace operation

1、Normal stop furnace

① gradually reduce the temperature, turn off the burner, stop burning; ② to be the temperature of the hot oil down to below 70 ℃, stop the operation of the thermal oil circulation pump (refer to the pump operating procedures); ③ turn off the main power supply, do a good job handover records.

2. Gas thermal oil furnace emergency stop method

If the furnace emergency stops due to emergencies, the burner should be quickly shut down, while the burner hinge axis along the burner will be moved away from the burner, so that the furnace and chimney to form a natural ventilation between the state of the furnace chamber will be the heat storage in the furnace chamber to disseminate, so that the heat transfer oil to naturally cool, to prevent overheating.

Circuit should pay attention to check whether the gas heat transfer oil furnace leakage around the neighborhood should be equipped with sufficient oil and electrical fire-fighting equipment, do not allow the use of water as a fire extinguishing agent!
