Boiler is a kind of energy conversion equipment, the energy input to the boiler has the chemical energy in the fuel, electric energy, high temperature flue gas heat energy and other forms, and after the boiler is converted, the output of steam, high temperature water or organic heat carriers with a certain amount of heat energy to the outside.

Precautions before use.
(1) The power supply voltage should not exceed ±5% of the rated voltage.
(2), the fuel selection of kerosene, diesel fuel, do not use gasoline and heavy oil; winter temperatures below 0 degrees, 0 # diesel fuel tends to solidify the phenomenon, should not be used, it is best to use -10 # diesel fuel or kerosene. 
(3), must be installed grounding wire!
(4), construction requirements: strong and weak power must be separate lines, such as water level sensors, pressure sensors and other weak power lines and the controller's strong control output lines separately. On-site installation, should not be worn in the same PVC pipe, such as parallel rows should be kept more than 200mm apart. 
(5), around the boiler is prohibited to place gasoline, banana water and other flammable and explosive substances. 
(6), the use of gas boilers should be installed indoor electronic leak detection alarm device to prevent accidents.

Preparation before operation.
(1), the operator must understand the working principle of the boiler, the location of various accessories, performance and working methods.
(2), check the combustion oil, wiring and various pipe openings, power supply and burners, pumps, boiler accessories installed.
(3), clear the main steam valve open, close the normal, close it.
(4), check the water level meter, confirm that the water level is flexible and normal position.
(5), correctly adjust the pressure regulator, adjust the combustion dampers.
