1. Leakage is a common problem in the production of hydraulic lubricating grease equipment. The main reason for leakage is the flow of liquid in the pipeline and hydraulic components, because there is a gap between the components or in the production process. Once the leakage occurs, it will affect the system pressure and even cause great harm. If the precision of the valve is not strong enough and the concentricity is not enough, it needs to be replaced or ground to meet the needs. If the casting has cracks and other problems, it needs to be replaced in time. If there is wear and tear in the movement, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time. Loose joints (not smooth) should be tightened and checked.
2. Lubricating grease equipment system overheating and pressure problems. If there is no pressure in the hydraulic system, it should be treated according to the hydraulic system is not supplied with oil. This problem is mainly caused by the safety valve. If there is a problem with the safety valve, it is necessary to set the pressure value. If the valve is leaking oil, it is necessary to determine the location of the problem and deal with it properly. If the temperature of the hydraulic lubrication system is too high, it may be caused by insufficient pressure regulation, malfunction and other problems, so it is necessary to effectively regulate the coefficient.

If the oil level in the mailbox is low, it may be a problem of oil leakage. Find the location of the leak, repair, and refuel to reach the standard position. Poor oil supply to the hydraulic system may also be caused by clogging of the suction pipe. The oil filter and suction pipe should be checked so that the blockage can be removed quickly. If the viscosity of the oil is high, you need to clean the mailbox and replace the oil with lower viscosity. Clean the slag dust in the oil pump in time to prevent damage to the parts.
