The working principle of the high temperature kneader is that a pair of mutually matching and rotating blades (usually Z-shaped) produce a strong shear effect and make the semi-dry state or gelatinous viscous plastic materials can make the materials react quickly to obtain a uniform mixing and stirring. This equipment is mainly used for the production of APP (flame retardant), can also be used for the production of other chemical products.

Main structure

It consists of six main parts: kneading part, machine base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, heating system and electric control system;

The hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to manipulate the oil cylinder to complete the function of turning the mixing cylinder; the electric control system has manual and automatic electric control system, which is chosen and required by the users at will, and the operation is convenient and reliable.

Transmission system consists of motor, reducer and gear, according to the pinch machine model supporting motor. In the transmission process, it can be synchronised by the motor speed, through the elastic coupling to the reducer, the output device drive fast pulp, so that it reaches the specified speed, but also by the frequency converter for speed regulation.

Features

1. High working temperature, up to 400 degrees.

2. The heating method adopts advanced heating method (commonly known as zero distance heater), which is safe, explosion-proof and reliable, and the temperature can be controlled with a very small temperature difference, or the control can be adopted with controllable and recordable temperature.

3. The cylinder body and the part of pulp leaves contacting with materials are made of stainless steel to ensure product quality.

4. Super high temperature resistant sealing material, reliable sealing, long life.
