WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a pot shell type three return wet back oil (gas) boiler designed by our factory according to domestic and foreign advanced technology and experience. Condensing oil-fired steam boiler operation automation, the fuel atomised by the burner, the formation of the torch filled with the full waveform furnace gallbladder, and through the wall of the furnace gallbladder to transfer radiant heat, this is a return. The high temperature flue gas produced by combustion converges in the combustion chamber and turns into the second return, i.e. the threaded pipe bundle area, after convection heat exchange, the flue gas temperature is gradually lowered to the front flue gas box, where it turns into the third return, i.e. the light pipe bundle area, and then flows into the chimney through the rear flue gas box, and finally discharged into the atmosphere.
This series of products have the characteristics of safety and reliability, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient maintenance, durability, full-automatic intelligent control, etc.; all of them have been tested by the Energy Efficiency Test Centre of Thermal Energy Test Centre of Special Inspection Institute, and all the performance indexes are higher than the design requirements, and they have already reached the domestic and international advanced level.
