Fuel supply

The fuel of the boiler is BMF fuel, which is fed into the top silo of the furnace by the feeder, and then fed into the furnace by the screw feeder, and evenly scattered on the grate.

Combustion process

The fuel is fed into the furnace chamber by the screw feeder, where it is gradually preheated, dried, ignited and burned due to the action of high temperature flue gas and primary air, during which a large amount of volatile matter is precipitated and combustion is intense. The high-temperature flue gas flushing the main heating surface of the boiler, into the boiler tail heating surface economizer and air preheater, and then into the dust collector, and finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Environmentally friendly emissions
