DZL series biomass steam boiler, for the pot shell type three return, full wet back structure. The fuel is burned in the furnace chamber under slight positive pressure, and the high temperature flue gas enters the first threaded flue pipe bundle along the furnace chamber through the re-combustion chamber, and then enters the second pipe bundle through the pressurised front flue box turning 180 degrees, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the heat exchanger.

DZL series biomass steam boiler is of pot-shell type three return, full wet back structure. Fuel combustion in the furnace gallbladder micro-positive pressure, high-temperature flue gas along the gallbladder back through the recombustion chamber into the first threaded flue pipe bundle, through the compression of the front flue box turned 180 degrees into the second bundle, after the heat exchanger and discharged into the atmosphere.

Adopting the design idea of centre-symmetric three-way structure, the design of larger capacity three-way atmospheric hot water boiler. The boiler's most important feature: the centre of the cylinder symmetry, the boiler adopts the full wet back structure, with a great inner cylinder and eccentric firebox structure, which is conducive to the expansion of sufficient radiant heating surface. Convection heating surface by the second and third return of the tube bundle. The front tube plate of the return combustion chamber is used to connect with the furnace liner. The second and third return turn smoke chamber constitutes the front smoke box, where the smoke temperature is already below 500℃. Therefore, the structure of the front smoke box is made of refractory insulating material of light structure. Boiler return water inlet mixing device, the return water first flushed flue pipe bundle, and then contact with the furnace liner, to improve the return water contact with the water temperature of the furnace liner. The phenomenon of local boiling is avoided.

DZL series biomass steam boiler adopts corrugated furnace liner, threaded flue pipe and fully automatic welding process to greatly improve the efficiency and service life of the boiler and safety performance.

Performance

Boiler design, manufacture and inspection according to JB/T7985-2002 "small boilers and atmospheric hot water boiler technical conditions" and JB/T related standards of production, inspection, quality and fine.

The flue gas flow adopts water-in-fire jacketed three-way arrangement, wet back structure, large heating area. The inner liner is corrugated liner (or straight furnace liner), the firebox is asymmetric eccentric structure, and the convection section adopts the combination of threaded smoke pipe and light pipe to optimise the composition. Equipped with high quality imported burner (low NOx type burner), the harmful components in the flue gas are lower than the national standard, which are environmentally friendly products. The combustion is complete, low noise, safe and efficient, and the environmental protection indexes are in line with national requirements.

The exhaust port is equipped with a condensing heat exchanger, which condenses the water vapour in the flue gas and absorbs the latent heat of condensation, thus improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The boiler body is connected to the atmosphere, equipped with an expansion tank, running at atmospheric pressure, no safety hazards.

Boiler can choose advanced touch screen computer controller and digital computer controller, the controller has timing control, work records, detection and alarm functions, and can be added to the manufacturer's timing lock.
