Electrically heated thermal oil furnace is also known as electrically heated oil furnace. Is a new type, safety, high efficiency, energy saving, low pressure (atmospheric pressure or low pressure) can provide high-temperature industrial furnace heating, thermal oil as a heat carrier, through the heat pump heat carrier cycle, heat transfer thermal equipment. Electric thermal oil furnace system consists of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (if any), on-site explosion-proof operation box, hot oil pump, expansion tank and so on.

1. Water has corrosive effect on thermal oil pump, so it is prohibited to use this pump for vacuum water containing substances or vacuum pump.
2. For substances containing large amounts of solvents, remove most of the solvents in the furnace first, and then vacuum thermal oil pump.
3. Use the vacuum pump correctly to prevent sucking back.
4. When using the vacuum furnace, be sure to do a good job of cleaning and wiping the vacuum furnace glass window.
5. Wipe the surface of anti-rust oil.
6. Electrically heated thermal oil furnace in the governor and injection pump cavity filled with anti-rust oil, and add the required lubricant.
7. Rust preventive oil in the fuel pipeline should be cleaned before use. Connect the fuel piping fuel injection pump and fuel injection pump rotary camshaft constantly until clean fuel oil outlet valve sealing valve seat lifted.
