The stirring forms of stainless steel steam reactors generally include anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propulsion type or frame type. When the mixing device is relatively large in height and diameter, multi-layer stirring blades can be used, and they can also be arbitrarily selected according to user requirements.
Different sealing types can be divided into: packing seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal.The heating method is electric heating, hot water heating, circulating heating of thermal oil, heating of the outer (inner) coil, etc. The cooling method is jacket cooling and inner coil cooling in the kettle.
The premise of use is that the customer itself has an external inlet source (such as steam) or a cooling source (such as tap water).It must be noted that the steam heating method is upper and lower outlet, and the liquid heating or cooling is lower inlet and upper outlet.There are no valves in the outlet pipelines in various ways to ensure smooth flow.
Structure and function of stainless steel steam reactor:
The equipment is mainly composed of three parts: tank body, jacket, and mixing system.
1. Material of stainless steel reactor
The parts in contact with the material are all made of high-quality stainless steel such as 304 or 316L, which comply with GMP standards.
2. Accessories for stainless steel reactor
◆The mixing form is multi-purpose frame mixing to ensure that the materials are evenly blended in a short time; at the same time, frame type, anchor type, slurry type, etc. can be selected as needed.
◆The seal adopts sanitary mechanical seal, which can ensure the pressure in the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution caused by leakage of materials in the tank.;
◆The interface adopts ISO standard quick-installation clamp type, which is convenient and hygienic;
◆Sterile respirator, CIP cleaning nozzle, sight glass, flange, sanitary quick-opening manhole, etc.
3. Surface treatment:
The inner surface is mirror polished to ensure that there are no hygienic dead ends, the fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state, and the outer surface can be sandblasted, frosted, and cold-rolled primary color matte treatment.
Heating and cooling: The heating method can be selected from steam, electric heating, and thermal oil to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid, alkali, high temperature, corrosion, and corrosion resistance.
