Enamelled reactor
Enamel reactor is commonly used in petrochemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, pharmaceutical and other industries to complete the sulfonation, nitrification, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonation, polymerisation, condensation and other processes.
Enamelled reactor is the glass containing high silica, lined in the inner surface of the steel container, burned at high temperatures and firmly attached to the metal surface to become a composite material products. Therefore, it has the double advantages of glass stability and metal strength, and is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment.
Overview:
Porcelain enamelled reactor, separate and closed two kinds of structure, open for the body cover separation, the middle with a pad and card connected, generally the volume in the 5000L below; closed for the body cover one, generally the volume in the 5000L above. These two structures have their own advantages, open disassembly is more convenient, if the tank lid on the mouth of the problem, it is easy to remove a separate repair, while the closed sealing performance should be good. Generally speaking, open structure and flat welding butt type flange connection and flat cover type two.
Heating method:
Water heating
When our production process does not require high temperature we can use water heating method for heating, water heating system is divided into open and closed two kinds. Open type is simple, it consists of circulating pumps, tanks, pipelines and control valves of the regulator is composed of, when using high-pressure water, the mechanical strength of the equipment requires high reaction kettle welded on the outer surface of the snake tube, snake tube and kettle wall has a gap, so that the thermal resistance increases, the effect of heat transfer is reduced.
Steam heating
When the production requirements of the heating temperature below 100 ℃ we can use steam heating glass-lined reactor, this is a steam below atmospheric pressure to heat the equipment; when the temperature requirements in the range of 100 ~ 180 ℃, we have to use saturated steam; when the temperature requirements are higher, we have to use high pressure superheated steam for heating.
Electric Heating
Electric heating is through the resistance wire winding in the glass-lined reactor cylinder insulation or installed in the glass-lined reactor from the ad hoc insulator at a distance of several, therefore, in the resistance wire and glass-lined reactor body formed between the space gap is not large.
Heating with other media
If our production process requires operation at higher temperatures or if we want to avoid the use of high-pressure heating systems, other media can be used instead of water and steam, such as mineral oil (275-300 ℃), benzene ether mixture ([wiki]boiling point[/wiki] 258 ℃), molten salt (140-540 ℃), liquid lead (melting point of 327 ℃) and so on.
