2, in the installation of laboratory reactor kettle cover, should prevent the reactor kettle body and reactor kettle cover sealing surface knocking each other. Reactor kettle lid according to the fixed position carefully placed on the kettle body, tighten the main nut, must be diagonal, symmetrical in many times gradually tighten. The force should be even, do not allow the reactor kettle cover to tilt to one side, in order to achieve a good sealing effect.

3, positive and negative nut coupling, only allowed to rotate the positive and negative nut, the two arc sealing surface shall not be rotated relative to each other, all nuts threaded coupling assembly, should be coated with lubricating oil. Needle valve system line sealing, only need to gently rotate the valve needle, pressure tight sealing surface, can achieve good sealing effect. Use your hand to pan the rotary body on the high pressure magnetic reactor, check whether the operation is flexible.

4, the controller should be placed flat on the operating table, its working environment temperature of 10-40 ℃, relative humidity less than 85%, the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and the back plate are normal, draw open the top cover, check whether the contact of the connectors is loose, whether there is any damage or corrosion caused by poor transport and storage. The laboratory reactor controller should be reliably grounded. Connect all the wires, including the power supply line, the furnace line between the controller and the kettle, the motor line, and the temperature sensor and the tachometer wire. The panel "power" air switch closed, the digital display should be displayed. In the digital display table set up a variety of parameters (such as the upper limit of the alarm temperature, working temperature, etc.) and then, press the "heating" switch, the furnace is connected, while the "heating" switch on the indicator light. Adjust the "regulator" knob, you can adjust the furnace heating power. (For electrically heated high-pressure magnetic reactor) Press the "Stir" switch, the magnetic stirring motor will be energised, at the same time, the indicator light on the "Stir" switch will be on, slowly rotate the "Speed" knob, and observe whether the motor rotates slowly or not. Slowly turn the "speed" knob to make the motor rotate slowly, observe whether the motor is positive, when there is no error, shut down and hang up the belt, and then restart.

5, after the operation, you can let the laboratory reactor natural cooling, water cooling or placed in the bracket air-cooled. After the temperature drops, then release the pressure gas in the kettle, make the pressure drop to atmospheric pressure (the pressure gauge shows zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically and equally, and then remove the main nut, and then carefully remove the kettle cover and put it on the bracket. After each operation, the kettle kettle body and magnetic reactor kettle cover should be cleared of residues. The main sealing port should be cleaned frequently and kept clean, and it is not allowed to wipe the kettle with hard or surface roughness.
