The reaction kettle consists of kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, stirrer, transmission device, shaft sealing device, support and so on. The stirring device can be used with multi-layer stirring paddles when the height diameter is relatively large, and it can also be optional according to the user's requirements. The jacket is set outside the kettle wall, or the heat exchange surface is set inside the vessel, or the heat exchange can be carried out through external circulation. The supporting seat has supporting type or ear type supporting seat and so on. It is suitable to use gear reducer when the rotational speed exceeds 160 rpm. The number of openings, specifications or other requirements can be designed and made according to user requirements.
1. Usually, packing seal is used in normal pressure or low pressure conditions, and the general use pressure is less than 2kg.
2. Mechanical seal will be used in general medium pressure or vacuum condition, the general pressure is negative or 4kg.
3. In the case of high pressure or high volatility of the medium will be used in magnetic seals, the general pressure of more than 14 kg or more. In addition to magnetic seals are used in water cooling, other sealing forms in more than 120 degrees will increase the cooling water jacket.
