Glass lined reactor is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food and other industries. In order to ensure the normal use of glass-lined equipment, its main performance and installation, use of precautions are described below:

Technical specification of glass-lined reactor:

1, The use of pressure: 0.2 --- 0.4Mpa2, acid resistance:

For a variety of organic acids, inorganic acids, organic solvents have good corrosion resistance. If the glass-lined specimen produced by our factory is placed in 20% HCI solution and boiled for 48h, the corrosion rate is 0.9lg/m2.d (the index of superior product is 1.0g/m2.d).

3, Alkaline resistance:

Glass-lined alkaline solution corrosion resistance is poorer than acid solution. However, the glass-lined specimen of my factory will be placed in 1N sodium hydroxide solution corrosion, the test temperature of 80 ℃ time 48h. corrosion rate of 6.76g/m2.d (superior indicators for 7.0g/m2.d).

4, Operating temperature: glass-lined equipment heating and cooling, should be carried out slowly. The use temperature of glass-lined equipment manufactured by our factory is 0-200℃, and the resistance to rapid temperature change is ≥200℃.

5, Porcelain layer thickness: the thickness of porcelain layer of glass equipment is 0.8-2.0mm, the thickness of porcelain layer of glass-lined equipment accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.

6, Voltage resistance: glass lining has good insulation, when the glass lining in the specified thickness of 20KV high-frequency spark inspection of the porcelain layer, high-frequency sparks can not break through the porcelain layer.

7, Impact resistance: the smaller the internal stress of the glass layer, the better the elasticity, the greater the hardness, the higher the flexural and compressive strength, the better the impact resistance. I plant the glass layer in the specified thickness, with a diameter of 30mm, weight 112g steel ball impact, its impact power of 282 × 10-3J (superior indicators for 260 × 10-3J).

Installation of glass-lined reactor

1、Handling:only allow the ear to be stressed when handling (refers to non-packing), do not allow rolling and pry bar, avoid vibration, collision, and strictly prohibit the takeover of the pipe clamps, clips and other fragile parts to be stressed.

2、Hoisting:the rope must be hung in the specified parts (such as jacket receiver, tank ear, etc.). (The lifting ring on the lid is only used for lifting the lid), not touching any object, and lifting gently.

3、Pre-assembly inspection: Before assembly, the inspector should wear clean soft-soled rubber shoes to enter the container to check whether there is any abnormality in the glass-lined layer.

4、Installation of flange: when tightening the flange bolts, they should be tightened gradually in pairs along the diagonal line, and the force should be even, and should not be tightened completely at one time, so as to avoid the rupture of the glass-lined layer due to the uneven force, which will affect the service life.

5, the installation of the card: should first check whether the card is complete, the number of whether to comply with the provisions of the installation to ensure that the distance is equal, loose and tight to ensure safe operation and reliable sealing.

6、Installation of agitator: a. Firstly, put the agitator into the tank (the bottom of the tank is laid with soft cushion), then lift the tank cover to the predetermined position, at the same time, put the seals into the agitator shaft, then connect the agitator lifting with the output shaft of the speed reducer, and then lock the locking device. b. Adjust the coaxiality and perpendicularity between the agitator shaft and the seals, and then make the agitator shaft rotate slowly after reaching the requirement of the technical regulations, and then try to open the electric motor button again only after it is in a flexible operation with no abnormal phenomenon. Only when there is no abnormal phenomenon, you are allowed to try to open the motor button, until the normal operation (this period of time should not be too long).

7, The choice of liner: must be based on the type of media, concentration, temperature selection, the nature of the liner itself and the use of methods, should be applied to the process requirements, our current supply of liner with asbestos rubber, rubber PTFE can be selected by the user.

8、Welding: a. It is forbidden to weld on the surface of the outer wall of the glass-lined tank.

b. When welding the receiver, tank ear and tank seat on the jacket, use electric welding and take cooling measures, and gas welding is absolutely not allowed.

c, In the glass lining layer near the space parts of the welding, should be glass lining surface, tank mouth, pipe mouth cover tightly, to avoid welding slag splash, damage to the glass lining surface.
