Product Details
Stainless steel electrically heated reactor with rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, electrically heated stainless steel reactor, do not need a boiler to automatically heat, easy to use, inexpensive and so on. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, the material is 304 stainless steel.
Reaction kettle construction principle, characteristics: reaction kettle by the pot, lid, stirrer, jacket, support and transmission devices, shaft sealing device, etc., materials and openings can be developed according to the user's process requirements. The heating forms are electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open fire heating, etc. The jacket form is divided into: jacket type, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open fire heating, etc. Jacket form is divided into: jacket type and outer half-pipe type, jacket oil heating type are equipped with infusion device. Stirring form generally have paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw bar type, scraping wall type and so on. The high speed type has dispersing impeller type, turbine type, high shear type and propeller type for customers to choose according to the process. Transmission form has ordinary motor, explosion-proof motor, electromagnetic speed motor, frequency converter, etc. Reducer has cycloid needle wheel type, worm gear type, planetary infinitely variable speed type. The shaft seal is ordinary water-cooled packing seal, combined PTFE packing seal, mechanical seal. There are ball valves and downward spreading valves for discharging materials.
The equipment is mainly composed of three main parts: tank, jacket and stirring system.
1,Stainless steel reactor material
The parts in contact with materials are made of high quality stainless steel such as 304 or 316L, which is in accordance with GMP standard.
2,Stainless steel kettle accessories
◆ Stirring form is mostly used in frame stirring to ensure that the material is uniformly blended in a short time; meanwhile, frame, anchor and slurry can be selected according to the needs.
◆ The seal adopts sanitary mechanical seal, which can ensure the pressure inside the tank and prevent the material inside the tank from leaking and causing unnecessary pollution;
◆ The interface adopts ISO standard quick-fit clamp type, which is convenient and hygienic;
◆Aseptic respirator, CIP cleaning nozzle, sight glass, flange, sanitary quick-opening manhole, etc.
3,Surface treatment of stainless steel reactor
The inner surface adopts mirror polishing to ensure no hygienic dead corner, and the fully closed design ensures that the materials are always in a sterile state, and the outer surface can be sandblasted, frosted, and cold rolled with original colour matte treatment.
Heating and cooling: the heating method can be selected from steam, electric heating, heat-conducting oil, in order to meet the process needs of different working environments, such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and so on.
