Low temperature oxygen, nitrogen and argon storage tanks
This series of tanks are low-temperature adiabatic storage tanks, vacuum powder adiabatic type, its structure is the inner container and outer container to form a double-layer container, the material used is austenitic stainless steel, the outer container material according to the user's different regions to choose the outer container interlayer filling adiabatic material with Q235-B or Q345R, the inner, pearlescent sand and pumping vacuum. Adiabatic material is used to fill the interlayer with pearl sand in hot state and vacuum. The product has the characteristics of small footprint, compact structure, centralised control, easy operation and maintenance. The equipment has high requirements for its adiabaticity and sealing, and it is a low temperature adiabatic pressure vessel that can be refilled many times.
Liquid nitrogen, oxygen and argon cryogenic storage tanks are storage pressure vessels for liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon gases, providing high purity gases for steel mills, hospitals, gas production factories, food and beverage industries, welding and other industries, which cover less area than the use of high-pressure cylinders for filling, centralised control, easy to operate, economical and safe, and reduce the cost of gas. A large number of industrial needs of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and so on by the air separation equipment will be compressed and liquefied air according to the oxygen, nitrogen, argon, the different boiling points of the separation out, and input to the low-temperature storage tanks to store up. Then it is transported to the place where it needs to be used by tanker trucks and other equipments and finally vaporised into gas for users to use in large quantities.
