Tank is a kind of high vacuum adiabatic container for storing LNG, and the main structure contains inner and outer tanks, with vacuum and adiabatic insulation in the middle. At present, the maximum working pressure of the inner liner is 1.59MPa, and the calculated pressure is taken as 2 times of the maximum working pressure. The outer wall of the inner liner is wrapped with a multi-layer insulation material consisting of glass fibre paper and polished aluminium foil. The multi-layer material has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, high thermal insulation performance and light weight under high vacuum conditions. The sandwich is equipped with palladium oxide and molecular sieve to prolong the vacuum service life. The outer shell is designed to form a sandwich space with the inner liner, which is used to ensure that the inner liner reaches the best insulation effect, and the better the effect, the longer the LNG can be stored in the tank.
