A condenser is a device that transfers some of the heat from a hot fluid to a cold fluid, also known as a heat exchanger.
Condenser is widely used in chemical, petroleum, power and atomic energy and other industrial sectors. Its main function is to ensure that the process requires a specific temperature of the medium, but also to improve the energy efficiency of one of the main equipment.
Condenser according to the different heat transfer mode can be divided into mixed, heat storage and wall type three categories. Carbon steel and low alloy steel are mostly used in the manufacture of medium and low pressure heat exchangers; stainless steel in addition to different corrosion-resistant conditions, austenitic stainless steel can also be used as a high and low temperature materials; nickel alloys are used in high temperature conditions.
