I. Usage:
The rotary cooking pot is heated evenly and widely used in the processing of foodstuffs such as candy, pharmacy, dairy, wine, soy sauce, brewing vinegar, pastry, candied fruit, beverage, canned food, marinated food, etc. It is a good equipment for the process to improve the quality, shorten the time, and improve the labour conditions.

Rotary cooking pot to a certain pressure of steam as a heat source (can also choose electric heating), cooking pot has a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, liquid material boiling time is short, heating temperature is easy to control and so on. Cooking pot inner pot body is made of acid and heat resistant stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve, beautiful appearance, easy to install, easy to operate, safe and reliable.

2、Structural form: tilting type, vertical structure, with or without stirring according to the needs of the process.
3、Material of pot body: stainless steel for material contacting parts, carbon steel for other parts.
4、Stirring speed: 40r/min (can be selected according to customers' requirements); stirring paddle form: slurry stirring (anchor type), scraping bottom stirring, frame stirring.
5, foot form: ① vertical pot: trigonometry form, round tube type; ② tiltable pot: groove bracket type.
6, equipment configuration: dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, outlet, etc. (vertical structure).
7、Tilting rotary cooking pot body can be tilted up to 90 °, tilting mode for manual flip.
Note: Jacket pressure, motor power, heating power, stirring pulp structure, etc. can be customised according to customer special requirements.
