Main structure of carbon kneading machine:
The kneading machine is mainly composed of six parts, including kneading part, machine base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system and electronic control system.
The kneading part is composed of cylinder body, pulp shaft, wallboard, cylinder cover, etc.
The hydraulic system is controlled by a hydraulic station to operate two small oil cylinders and two large oil cylinders to complete the opening and closing of the large cover and the turning of the mixing cylinder. The system design pressure is 7.0Mpa.
The electronic control system has manual and automatic electronic control systems, which can be selected and required by the user at will, and the operation is convenient and reliable.
The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer and gears, and the motor is matched according to the kneading machine model. During the transmission process, the motor can synchronize the speed, pass through the elastic coupling to the reducer, and then the output device can drive the fast pulp to reach the specified speed, or it can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
