Product Details
The working principle of the high-temperature kneading machine is that a pair of blades (usually in a Z shape) that cooperate and rotate with each other produce a strong shearing effect, which enables the semi-dry or gelatinous viscous plastic material to react quickly to obtain uniform mixing and stirring. This equipment is mainly used for the production of APP (flame retardant) and can also be used for the production of other chemical products.
Main structure
It consists of six parts: kneading part, base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, heating system and electronic control system;
The hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to operate the oil cylinder to complete the function of turning the mixing cylinder; the electronic control system has manual and automatic electronic control systems, which can be selected and required by the user at will, and the operation is convenient and reliable.
The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer and gears, and the motor is matched according to the kneading machine model. During the transmission process, the motor can synchronize the speed, pass through the elastic coupling to the reducer, and then the output device can drive the fast pulp to reach the specified speed, or it can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
