The cantilever double-helix conical mixer is a new type of high-efficiency mixing equipment that combines the advantages of the Japanese cantilever single-helix and the domestic SLH double-helix conical mixer. The machine can be widely used in solid-solid (i.e. powder-powder) mixing and solid-liquid (i.e. adding liquid to powder) mixing in the chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, fertilizer, dye, metallurgy, mining, food, monosodium glutamate, feed and other industries.
The machine has strong adaptability to the mixture: it will not overheat the heat-sensitive materials; it will not crush and grind the granular materials; it will not stratify and segregate the mixture of materials with different specific gravities and different particle sizes; it also has good adaptability to the mixing of various granular, fiber or flaky materials such as coarse particles, fine particles and ultrafine powders.
