Product Details
The cantilever double helix conical mixer is a new type of high-efficiency mixing equipment that combines the advantages of Japanese cantilever single helix and domestic SLH double helix conical mixers. The machine can be widely used in solid-solid (powder-powder) mixing and solid-liquid (powder-liquid addition) mixing in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, fertilizer, dye, metallurgy, mining, food, monosodium glutamate, feed and other industries. There are two types: A and B. Type B is used for pure dry powder mixing, and type A has a liquid spray device for adding liquid materials. The maximum specification can reach 15000L.
The double helix conical mixer has strong adaptability to the mixture: it will not overheat heat-sensitive materials; it will not crush and grind granular materials; it will not stratify and segregate when mixing materials with different specific gravities and different particle sizes; it also has good adaptability to the mixing of various granular, fiber or flaky materials such as coarse particles, fine particles and ultrafine powders.
