Working principle:
A set of rotors and stators are installed in the working chamber of the single-stage pipeline emulsifier. The high-speed rotating rotor generates a strong centrifugal force, which sucks the material into the working area of the rotor and stator from the axial direction. All materials must be sheared by the rotor and stator in the working chamber, and then ejected from the radial direction. After one-time or cyclic treatment, the dispersion, emulsification and homogenization processes are completed, and then high-quality products are obtained. It has a short-distance, low-lift conveying function.
Performance characteristics:
In the production process, no grinding media is used, and the high-speed machine shearing, dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing, crushing and conveying are integrated. The processing capacity is large, suitable for industrial online continuous production; the particle size distribution range is narrow and the uniformity is high; it saves energy consumption, saves time and is efficient; eliminates the quality differences between batches; there is no dead angle, and the materials are all dispersed and sheared.
