Introduction:

Disperser is a kind of mixer in a broad sense. Because of the use of high-speed agitator (such as disc sawtooth agitator), strong turbulence can be formed locally, which usually has a strong dispersing and emulsifying effect on the material. Therefore, this type of high-speed mixer is also called a disperser. Dispersers are mainly divided into lifting dispersers and kettle dispersers. Lifting dispersers can be divided into hydraulic lifting dispersers, pneumatic lifting dispersers, hand-cranked lifting dispersers, etc. according to the lifting method.

Working features:

1 The strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and the rotor. At the same time, the material is initially dispersed by the combined forces of centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, hydraulic impact, etc.

2 The high-speed rotating rotor of the disperser produces a linear speed of at least 15m/s. The material is fully dispersed and crushed under the strong hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction, tearing and collision, and is ejected at high speed through the stator slot.

3 The disperser material is continuously ejected at high speed from the radial direction, changing the flow direction under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. At the same time, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction forces generated in the rotor area, two strong upper and lower turbulent flows are formed. After several cycles, the material finally completes the dispersion process.
