The hydraulic/mechanical lifting high-speed disperser mixer adopts stepless speed regulation: there are electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency conversion speed regulation (such as for water-based paint) and explosion-proof frequency conversion speed regulation (such as for oil-based paint) and other forms. The stepless speed regulation function can adjust different speeds according to the needs of different process stages, fully meeting the different process requirements of each process production process; hydraulic and mechanical lifting forms; dispersion plate type: flat disc sawtooth type, disc type and other forms; high-speed disperser can shear, impact, crush and disperse the material at high speed through the high-speed operation of the upper and lower teeth of the dispersion plate, so as to achieve the functions of rapid mixing, dissolving, dispersing and refining.
Functional features
1. It has multiple functions such as hydraulic lifting and 360-degree rotation. It can be equipped with 2-4 containers at the same time, and can switch from one cylinder to another in a very short time to operate, which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces labor intensity;
2.
