Powerful disperser has three electric motors, there are three different forms of stirrers in the kettle, one of which is rotating around the axis of the kettle body, and the remaining two stirring devices and different speeds, high-speed rotation around its own axis, so that the material in the kettle for a complex movement, subject to strong shear and rubbing. The mountain shape inside the machine and equipment rotates around the kettle axis, scraping out the raw materials sticking to the wall and the bottom, making the effect more ideal. The equipment is well sealed and can be vacuumed, which has good effect of exhausting and de-foaming. The cylinder cover of the equipment can be lifted hydraulically and the cylinder can be moved freely, which makes the operation very convenient. The form of agitator can be multi-layer paddle type, frame type, butterfly type, impeller type and so on according to the requirement of materials. Jinchangtai machinery usually adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to meet various process requirements.
