To realise the automation and high quality of the pressing process in the soy sauce brewing process, from the dregs filling to the filter cloth cleaning, dewatering, alignment, and sediment treatment has been completely automated.
This machine is a material pressing production line, which adopts the most advanced pressing technology of the time. It is based on five processes: loading-self-rinsing-pre-pressing-final pressing-slag discharging, plus a unique air pressure trolley and cage pressing method. It has achieved guarantees in reducing labor intensity, improving mechanization, automation, product yield and quality, and thus improving the environment of the pressing site. The equipment includes a sauce filling machine, a press, a pressing cage, a cage pulling machine, a slag discharging machine, an air cushion car, etc.
This equipment completes the processes of spreading, adding pulp, adding koji, stirring, and unloading at one time. Compared with traditional processes, it greatly reduces labor intensity and realizes mechanical automation. The machine is equipped with multiple axial flow fans. By adjusting the air volume, the high-temperature stubble is reduced to the specified temperature during the transportation process, and the spreading effect is good. Multiple stirring devices are set during the spreading process to make the stubble loose and not easy to clump. The pulp and koji are added evenly, and the quantity can be adjusted. The slurry, koji powder, and grain stubble can be evenly stirred through the device.
Performance characteristics: The unique temperature detection device on the transmission shaft ensures that the material temperature error is less than ±1°C. The jacket, bottom jacket, coils in the jacket, and guide plates can be cooled. The revolution and rotation of the stirring paddle in the tank are both regulated by a frequency converter (variable frequency motor). Different speeds can be selected according to different processes and viscosities. The speed measurement system directly gives the speed of different stirring paddles at that time.
