Whether it is natural gas liquefaction plant or LNG receiving terminal, the investment in LNG storage tanks occupies a high proportion, especially for LNG receiving terminal, the investment in storage tanks accounts for about 30 ~ 40% of the total investment. It can be seen that LNG storage tank is a very important link in the whole LNG industry chain. LNG storage tanks are used to store -162 ultra-low temperature LNG liquid. In order to keep the liquid inside the storage tank in ultra-low temperature, the walls, bottom and top of the tank should be equipped with thermal insulation materials. Due to the external fin structure of the composite inner tank of the new self-supporting LNG storage tank, the traditional internal elastic felt external expanded perlite tank wall insulation scheme has problems such as loose material, settlement and deformation, unstable long-term thermal insulation performance and low service life. Existing tanks are mainly single-capacity tanks, double-capacity tanks and full-capacity tanks. Compared with full-capacity storage tanks, dual-capacity storage tanks have similar investment and delivery cycles but lower safety levels. Nowadays, for the design of snap-cooled cryogenic storage tanks, the old ones are not selected. In addition, full-capacity storage tanks, while having better safety and a smaller footprint, are more complex in structure, have a longer construction period, and are more expensive to build.

In order to solve the above problems, the technicians have developed a fast and easy to cool low temperature storage tank, which has good structural stability, stable thermal insulation performance for long-term use, is not easy to crack, seepage, deformation and other problems, and has good low temperature thermal insulation capacity. The fast and easy to cool low temperature storage tank includes a tank, said tank includes an outer layer, a rigid insulation layer and an inner layer from the outside to the inside; the rigid insulation layer is filled between the outer layer and the inner layer; the rigid insulation layer is a single-layer or a multi-layer structure comprising a foam glass layer and/or a polyurethane layer; there is at least one layer of padding at the bottom of the tank between the rigid insulation layer and the inner layer. The bottom and middle of the tank between the rigid insulation layer and the inner layer have at least one bedding layer, the bedding layer being made of an inorganic non-metallic material or wood. The cushion layer is made of a hard, temperature-resistant inorganic material or a fire- and water-resistant treated wood material. The cushion space formed can play an auxiliary role in preventing leakage, and when the inner layer breaks and leaks, the cushion space can play a role in accommodating and protecting, which greatly improves the safety of the storage tank, plays a certain cushioning role, and improves the safety of the equipment. There is also a protective layer between the outer layer and the hard insulation layer and/or between the hard insulation layer and the inner layer, and the protective layer wraps the inner layer into a sealed whole. Each insulation layer comprises a plurality of insulating block units, with expansion joints of 5-10 mm between two adjacent insulating block units, and the expansion joints are filled and sealed with a soft insulation material.
The protective layer of the Cryovac cryogenic storage tank has at least two layers formed by fiberglass cloth and/or aluminum foil. The technical solution of the protective layer of the present invention forms a closed overall structure inside the tank, which can effectively play the role of safety protection. After a leak occurs, the protective layer wraps the leaking gas or liquid inside to avoid overflowing or affecting the external structure, which greatly improves the safety of the use of the storage tank and reduces the application and construction costs. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, nine nickel steel or Inva metal cylinder structure. The metal cylinder structure is made of sheet metal welded together to form the storage bin. The structural surface of the metal cylinder is planar or non-planar. Non-planar forms of the metal cylinder structure include, but are not limited to, corrugated surfaces, dimpled surfaces, corrugated surfaces, and laminated surfaces. The outer layer is a concrete structural layer or a metallic layer or a composite structural layer formed by concrete and a reinforcing structure. The reinforcing structure is a metallic structure or a non-metallic structure. A moisture barrier is also provided between the outer layer and the hard insulating layer, the protective layer being made of fiberglass cloth and/or aluminum foil, and the outer layer being a moisture barrier, the moisture barrier comprising a waterproof and moisture resistant coating or an adhesive film.
In summary, the beneficial effect of the above quick and easy cold cryogenic storage tank: the quick and easy cold cryogenic storage tank improves the structure of the storage tank, and compared with the existing single-vessel, double-vessel, and full-vessel storage tanks, it has an obvious cost advantage, is conducive to operation and maintenance, improves the efficiency of heat preservation and the level of utilization, and is conducive to the improvement of the safety of the use of the storage tank.
