High and low-speed dual power design; matching the kinetic energy to drive the high-speed disperser high-speed rotation so that the liquid material in the mixing cylinder presents a rolling circulation, and produce a certain range of vortex, the material at the same time by a strong shear and impact, with the activities of scraping the wall of the low-speed stirrer, the material adhering to the wall of the container pushed to the high-speed disperser of the range of work, so that the two or more kinds of materials will soon be dispersed, mixed, so that no colour difference, uniformity of products, the overall effect of mixing and dispersing has been enhanced. According to the process conditions, mechanical seal can be installed between the high-speed solid shaft and low-speed hollow spindle as well as between the low-speed hollow spindle and the frame to realise the vacuum operation.
